Licensed Application End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to Prism, an iOS and iPadOS application by Jesse Rubio. Prism is licensed, not sold.
Apple Standard EULA
Unless Prism is accompanied by a separate custom license in the App Store, Prism is licensed subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License grant
Subject to your compliance with Apple's Standard EULA, App Store terms, and Prism's Terms of Service, Jesse Rubio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prism on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Prism may offer Prism Pro subscriptions, Remove Ads purchases, or other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription terms, prices, renewals, cancellation, Restore Purchases, and refunds are handled through Apple and your Apple account settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of palettes, saved moments, prompts, notes, exports, and other content you create in Prism. You are responsible for content you create, import, save, or share.
Privacy
Your use of Prism is also governed by the Prism Privacy Policy.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing controls, or use Prism in a way that violates Apple's terms, Prism's Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Updates and availability
Prism may receive updates through the App Store. Updates may change features, behavior, availability, or compatibility. Continued use of Prism after updates means you accept the updated app experience.
Warranty and liability
Prism is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. The warranty disclaimer and liability limits in Apple's Standard EULA and Prism's Terms of Service apply.
